Our purpose is to meet Legacy Adult needs and equip people for the work of ministry in four distinct areas of meeting needs that we call The Legacy Adult Four Guiding Principles.
PRINCIPLES
The Legacy Adult Four Guiding Principles.
1. Meet Spiritual Needs: Legacy Adults will Pursue Revival both corporately and personally until we come into the “…faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ” [Ephesians 4:13].
3. Meet Physical Needs: Legacy Adults will intentionally offer help and assistance to our peers in their greatest hour of need. We will Release our Purpose by practicing radical generosity and recognizing the immense value of every person. “Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for Me.” [Matthew 25:40]
2. Meet Emotional Needs: Legacy Adults will intentionally be there for one another in the good times, in the bad times, and in the sad times “…bearing one another’s burdens” [Galatians 6:2]. This will become a catalyst in Building Unity within and throughout the Legacy Adult fellowship.
4. Meet Social Needs: Legacy Adults will provide fellowship opportunities to become more connected and unified as a body of believers. We will “…devote ourselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer...”, “…praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people.”, and if we do that, “…the Lord will add to our number daily those who were being saved…” [Acts 2:45, 47]
